Shoo The Donkey

Description

An arrangement of an Irish mazurka for elementary orchestra. All in first position. Each section of the orchestra plays the melody at some point through the piece. Using techniques such as slap pizzicato, the orchestra imitates a donkey. Lots of large leaps, and accents on beat 2 give the sound of the title.

A fun and quirky piece for any concert to bring a smile to both players and listeners.
