Arabian Dance from The Nutcracker Suite

An arrangement for 3 violins of Arabian Dance from the Nutcracker Suite by Tchaikovsky. Take your audience to distant lands with the Prince and Clara as your students play the Arabian Dance. Fingering is included for 1st – 3rd position. Quintuplet sixteenth notes in both violin 1 and violin 2 are a good challenge for ensemble playing as well as rhythmic precision. The violin 3 part is not challenging technically except for the sheer repetition of the pattern. These parts are set for level 4. The player must have focus and relaxed endurance.
