Left Hand

• Sixteenth note passages often use A minor arpeggios.
• m. 35 – 42 – Student would need help with a good fingering in and out of 3rd and 4th position, or using E harmonic.
• Melodic passages using quarters, half note and whole notes can be used to teach/reinforce phrasing and vibrato.

Bowing

• Dotted eighth followed by sixteenth tied to eighth.
• Sixteenths tied to sixteenths – Off-beat eighth note pattern.
